and hamstrings are tight (sorry, TIGHT), my knees feel on the wonky
side... I'm a mess.. seriously.
feels like I went 13, not 1.3. i guess it doesn't help I'm
'functioning' on 3 hours of sleep.
schedule this week is 4, 6, 3, 11... it's only getting higher...
dunno if my body can keep up with the miles.
